My approach to your care is gentle, holistic and integrated. Your therapy will be tailored to your individual requirements. In person and online psychotherapy sessions available.
The focus of each session will be as unique as you are. Gently meeting you where you are on the day, with the intention of bringing balance, calm and regulation.
My purpose is to offer you a compassionate and confidential space where you will be truly heard, gently supported and free to explore and understand yourself without judgement.
My interest in the body's immense healing capabilities began early in my life when I went to my first yoga class more than 40 years ago. During these years, I studied and practiced various holistic therapies and deepened my physical and spiritual yoga practice by completing multiple yoga and meditation teacher trainings.

I am a wife, mother and grandmother, I love family time, walking our dog and being outside enjoying the natural beauty of Scotland. Exploring sunnier and warmer places is fun too.
